Have the passion to creatively design and propose sponsorships to external organizations? Are you looking to use your creativity to create impactful events?   • Responsibilities:
    – Serve as the primary liaison for the Association of Accountancy and its external partners
    – Actively seek new opportunities for sponsorship and event presence with external organizations
    – Develop and execute outreach strategies to secure new sponsors and partners
    – Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and enforce the fulfillment of the
    sponsorship agreements

    Qualifications:
    – Strong oral and written communication skills
    – Relationship-focused interpersonal skills
    – Strong initiative, ability to proactively take on new responsibilities
    – Negotiation skills
    – Previous extracurricular experience in a related role would be an asset


  • Responsibilities:
    – Oversee the tracking and reconciliation of membership and events fees
    – Budget functional event spending and invoicing
    – Create journal entries and monthly financial reports for club initiatives
    – Identify possible funding opportunities and create funding requests

    Qualifications:
    – Detail-oriented and organized
    – High degree of integrity and willingness to accept responsibilities
    – Past experience creating formal funding requests
    – Strong written and communication skills
    – Microsoft Excel skills a must
    – Accounting software knowledge would be an asset


  • Responsibilities:
    – Diligently oversee the Associate Program (planning, hiring, training, communications)
    – Plan and execute internal team bonding initiatives such as socials, retreats and dinners
    – Coordinate booth hours and classroom announcements
    – Plan and execute annual CSR initiative

    Qualifications:
    – Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
    – Experience with executing team bonding initiatives
    – Organization and excellent time management skills
    – Demonstration of time commitment and mentorship capabilities
    – Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is an asset


  • Responsibilities:
    – Develop, plan, and execute events and initiatives
    – Develop innovative ideas for possible new events
    – Seek new opportunities for collaboration with professional contacts, external organizations,
    faculty and other student organizations

    Qualifications:
    – Detail-oriented organization and event planning skills
    – Ability to create detailed logistics and event documents
    – Strong oral and written communication skills
    – Strong initiative, ability to think innovatively
    – Teamwork skills, ability to work effectively with other events directors on various projects
    – Multi-tasking skills, ability to balance multiple priorities


  • Responsibilities:
    – Manage the AOA brand amongst the University of Toronto Scarborough community
    – Develop and execute advertising and promotional campaigns for club initiatives
    – Use various formats of visual communications such as posters, photos and videos to inform
    and generate student interest in AOA events
    – Develop a personal connection with students to actively engage with them through the
    promotion of events

    Qualifications:
    – Candidate must be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic
    – Excellent time management skills and ability to meet strict project deadlines
    – Ability to think innovatively and creatively for design purposes
    – Adobe Photoshop knowledge is a must
    – Sony Vegas, Adobe After Effects or other video editing software would be an asset
    – Photography skills and knowledge would be an asset


  • Responsibilities:
    – Manage the AOA brand amongst the University of Toronto Scarborough community
    – Develop and execute various advertising and promotional campaigns
    – Use various social media platforms and visual communications such as videos, Facebook and
    Twitter to inform and generate interest from students
    – Develop personal connections with students to actively engage them through social media

    Qualifications:
    – Candidate must be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic
    – Excellent time management skills and ability to update social media platforms consistently
    – Ability to think innovatively and creatively
    – Strong oral and written communication skills is a must
    – Experience and knowledge of using social media platforms is a must
    – Photography skills and knowledge would be an asset


  • Responsibilities:
    – Develop, maintain, and update the AOA website to inform viewers of current information
    – Develop website campaigns to promote AOA events and initiatives
    – Promote upcoming club activities online with the Social Media Director

    Qualifications:
    – Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
    – Ability to think innovatively and creatively
    – Strong written and oral communication skills
    – Proficiency with WordPress and HTML is necessary
