  1. What is one of your mottos in life?

“You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.” – Wayne Gretzky

  2. If you could compare yourself to a character in a TV show, movie, etc., what character do you think is most similar to you and why?

Anyone who knows me personally would say that I am comparable to Monica Geller from the TV show called Friends. Just like myself, Monica is a confident and determined individual who knows exactly what she wants, and doesn’t wait around for others to get her work done. She is a leader who is dedicated to all her duties, and knows exactly how to manage a group of people, given even the worst of circumstances (e.g. when she had to organize Phoebe’s outdoor wedding last minute)! Besides this, she is also very loud and is an extreme germophobe and perfectionist just like me.

  3. In your opinion, what is the scariest interview question you have been asked or can be asked?

“Can you give us a sales pitch on why we should hire you in one minute?” – If you have prepared for an interview, then this question shouldn’t be too difficult. However, considering the timing and all the pressure, it initially scares you a bit since you are put on the spot and have to give a concise yet impactful reasoning as to why you are the ideal candidate.

  4. If you were lucky enough to win the lottery, what would you do?

I would give half of the money to charity and build hospitals and education systems in poor areas of the world. The other half I would divide up between giving them to my parents, as they worked their whole lives providing for me, and building up my own company.

  5. Why did you become a part of AOA?

I personally have a very keen interest in the accounting field, and I wanted to be involved with the largest accounting club on campus to provide information and resources to students interested in this field as well. I wanted to work with the brilliant and talented individuals within the club to provide value to the overall management community and strengthen the accounting stream at UTSC even further!
